Birthday Burglar : 2 of 5 Stars
The book was definitely okay. Weird but okay. Had some real laugh out loud moments but a few what in the world was the author thinking moments. To me it was just odd all the way around from the surprises, the dog, and everything else up to and including the burglary scene. I think it was cute but, ODD in which I had to give it 2 stars saying it was an OK read.
The Proposition Lucia Jordan -- 3 of 5 stars
While I liked the book, I am beginning to think that these short stories are just that short stories with no character building efforts involved. I liked the book and I am going to read the rest of the series just because but, I hate leaving a book screaming I want more. This book was okay but okay enough for me to read the next one in the story just to find out how the proposition goes. There is something about a rich millionaire who makes demands while not really making them.
Something by Ted Stetson 2 of 5 stars
I think that this story has a lot of potential if it was longer. While reading the story I felt drawn to want to know more about the characters and although I did think it was cute he named his children after his former high school sweetheart I thought that it was odd that the mother of the children allowed him to do so.
Cocks and Cars -- Daniel DeLoite -- 1 of 5 stars
I have to say that this book was like a derailed train. I liked that the book had a story line but, what I didn't like was that it was all over the place. I couldn't really place who was who and who was with who or anything else to that matter during the entire book.
